By booking a class, you, the Parent, or Guardian of the above participant, agree that all the information provided is correct on the date of completion and that any updated information will be shared with DL Dance as soon as possible. You also agree that by signing up for DL Dance you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to abide by all studio policies and procedures. This includes, but is not limited to, our policies on attendance, behaviour, health and safety, safeguarding, data protection and payments as provided on the DL Dance website. It is your responsibility to review these policies prior to participating in any class. Failure to comply may result in dismissal from the company without refund.
