At DL Dance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully regarding refunds and exchanges for all clothing items.
1. General Return & Exchange Period
You have 28 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your clothing item(s) for a refund or an exchange.
2. Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges
For a refund or exchange to be processed, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn Condition: The item(s) must be returned in the condition they were received, suitable for resale. This means they must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Note: Trying on the item for size upon receipt is acceptable. Any evidence of wear beyond this (e.g., deodorant marks, stains, washing, etc.) will result in the return being rejected.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price of the item(s) to the original payment method.
- Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item are free of charge.
- Waiting Period for Exchanges: Due to our production schedule, please be aware that all exchanged items will be treated as a new order and will be subject to a new 14-day waiting period before they are available for collection.
5. Non-Refundable Items (Personalised Items)
Any item that has been personalised with names, initials, or specific customizations requested by the customer cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please ensure all details are correct before ordering any personalized clothing.
