1. Introduction
This policy outlines the payment and refund procedures for all classes and services provided by DL Dance. We aim to provide clear and flexible payment options while also ensuring fair procedures for class cancellations and refunds. All participants and their guardians agree to this policy upon registration.
2. Payment Options
DL Dance offers two convenient options for payment:
- Option 1: Half-Term Bulk Payment This option is ideal for participants who are committed to attending classes consistently. Payments for an entire half-term are due at the beginning of the term. By choosing this option, you receive a 20% reduction on the per-class rate, making it the most cost-effective choice.
- Option 2: Pay-As-You-Go This option offers flexibility for participants who prefer to pay per class. Payments can be made in two ways:
- Online in Advance: You can secure your spot by paying for individual classes through our website before the session.
- Contactless On-the-Day: You can pay for your lesson at the studio using a contactless card reader if there are still spaces available for the session. As part of studio safety, we reserve the right to turn away any participants who haven’t pre-booked their space if the class size is at full capacity.
3. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our participants and instructors, ensuring we can manage our class schedules effectively.
- Instructor Cancellation: If a class is cancelled by DL Dance due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will receive a full refund for that specific session.
- Participant Cancellation:
- With more than 24 hours’ notice: If a participant needs to miss a pre-paid session and provides at least 24 hours’ notice, they will be eligible for a partial refund for that class.
- With less than 24 hours’ notice: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for any missed sessions if notice is given less than 24 hours before the class is due to start. This is because we have already planned for your attendance and may have turned away other participants.
